We specialise in the areas of On-Line Gaming, IT, Financial and Legal.

The process is very simple:  you send us the files you need translated.  The files you send us should all be in the source language.  We will do a word count on the source files and send you a quote based on the word count and the complexity of the work.  Upon acceptance of the quote, we will then translate the files and send them back to you in the target language.

Web pages can be translated directly into HTML, or XHTML, without altering the tags or breaking any java scripts you may have on the pages.  This allows a very quick deployment of the translated pages and saves cost all around.

Revision services

Are you unsure about the quality of a translation previously provided to you by another provider?  Send us the source and target texts and we will review and amend as necessary.

Proofreading services

For a one-language thorough check to detect and correct any errors.  We provide grammar editing, which includes the correction of punctuation, verb tense, spelling, and sentence structure. 

Audit services

Organisations increasingly require multi-lingual staff especially in their Customer Services and Support departments.  It is not always practical for such organisations to have the corresponding supervisory and management staff in each language to measure staff performance adequately and ensure that Customer Communications are polite and that they lead to the desired outcome. 

This can sometimes mean that the quality of multi-lingual staff goes unchecked.

We can help with this.  By reviewing telephone recordings, email or chat communications, your staff can be scored according to your criteria of choice: politeness, correct spelling/grammar, issue resolving skills etc...
